CHIPPEWA TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
August 10, 2015 Minutes
Call to Order 7:00 pm
Present: Bob Wetherbee, Pat Doyle, Michelle Quakenbush, Bill Miller (acting Chair), Monica Richer, Rod Reid.
Absent: Susan Gates, ZA Tim Bebee.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Minutes: Unanimous approval of the minutes from the July 13, 2015. Reid motioned, Quakenbush second.
Correspondence:
Township Board has authorized a subcommittee, to have weekly work sessions, to hasten the process of completing the Ordinances. Committee members are Gates, Quakenbush, Gary Sperry, Bill Miller with Rod Reid being alternate. First meeting will be after the Tri-Board meeting on August 17, 2015, 7:00 pm.
Audience Participation:

Old Business:
Master Plan, maps to be added then complete.
Spring Cleanup: Supervisor Smith and Zoning Enforcement Officer Schleppie were to drive the township. No word on the completion.
ZA is compiling three letters to send out to residents in regard to Clean Up.
