CHIPPEWA TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
September 14, 2015 Minutes
Call to Order 7:00 pm
Present: Bob Wetherbee, Pat Doyle, Michelle Quakenbush, Susan Gates(Chair), Monica Richer, Rod Reid,Bill Miller, and ZA Tim Bebee.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Minutes: Unanimous approval of the minutes from August 10, 2015.
Correspondence:
ZA received notice from FEMA eliminating another parcel of land from the Flood Plain.
ZA received notification from MDOT; as part of the resolution for Timber Roots, MDOT will be coming in to request the revision of loading and unloading to agree to the driveway layout.
Old Business:
Master Plan: ZA is working on locating the maps for the Master Plan..
A report has been requested from Mr. Schleppie detailing his calls.
Zoning Ordinance is continuing to make progress by the study meetings.
Other:
Recommendation by Bill Miller to those who have not attended the annual MTA Meeting, think about it as it is very informative.
Gary Sperry handed out some printouts of different local ordinances, regarding signs, to use as supplements and references for the study group.
