Important Dates for 2025 Season
- Monday, December 2 (by 4:30pm) – Last day to be added to the 2025 seasonal lottery list for camping at Coldwater Lake Family Park.
Opening Day for Camping Reservation Dates
- Tuesday, February 11, 2025 (9:00am) – Opening Day for 2025 camping reservations online only.
Campgrounds Open for 2025 Season
- Friday, May 2 – Campgrounds open for the 2025 camping season. Deerfield Nature Park is open year-round.
When Parks Close for 2025 Camping Season
- Monday, September 1 – Herrick Recreation Area closes for the season. (Bathhouse/playground construction begins after Labor Day at HRA.)
- Sunday, October 5 – Coldwater Lake Family Park closes for the season.
- Deerfield Year Round – Rustic tent camping at Deerfield Nature Park is offered year-round.
